Kids Craft - Birdhouse

The girls have been begging to go outside in the 90 degree heat and I'm not so excited about sweating to death. So I decided to start a weekly Craft project to keep them busy and me less sweaty. 

This weekend we painted Birdhouses that I found unfinished at WalMart for $0.97.  They had an absolute blast and can't wait to see what I have in store for next week.

New Life

We are just getting back into the swing of things since our week long vacation in Miami. Not only did we come home to 98 degree weather, but apparently we left a toilet running and now have a water bill that is triple the normal one :(  There is some good news though my birdie friends have hatched.......

They look kinda gross now, but hopefully soon they will grow some feathers.

We are taking off for a  week to Travel down to Ft. Lauderdale/Miami for a Wedding & Michael's Birthday! Check back next week to see all the fun we had.
